You’ll usually start with an initial assessment, followed by a tailored program with 2-3 sessions per week. Our Stretching & Mobility Membership is designed to enhance flexibility, improve joint mobility, and prevent injuries through expert-led sessions. Each membership option is tailored to your specific needs, starting with an initial assessment to understand your current mobility level and personal goals. You can choose from three membership tiers:

  • Basic Membership: Includes 2 sessions per week, focusing on core stretching techniques, mobility exercises, and injury prevention strategies to improve overall movement.
  • Standard Membership: Offers 4 sessions per week, with more advanced routines that target deeper flexibility, balance, and joint health for faster progress.
