The Race Ready Package is a 12–16 week comprehensive runner performance plan designed for runners preparing for a marathon, half marathon, major race, high-mileage training cycle, or return to racing after injury.
As mileage and training demands increase, Race Ready provides ongoing, one-on-one support to help your body keep up. The program includes 10 in-person sessions, 4 virtual runner check-ins, and 4 air compression recovery sessions, along with a personalized runner strength program, training load and mileage guidance, objective strength and movement testing, ongoing progress re-testing, and race or return-to-performance planning.
Your Fit Club clinician works with you throughout your training cycle to address symptoms, improve strength and movement capacity, adjust around changing mileage and long runs, and prepare your body for the demands ahead.
Race Ready is ideal for runners who want more than injury treatment and want professional support managing their body throughout an important training cycle.
