Jose Gonzalez

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

Jose Gonzalez Lazcano is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with over 8 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics, helping active individuals recover from injury and get back to training—stronger, more resilient, and performing at a higher level.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and brings a strong background in personal training, allowing him to seamlessly bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance. His approach is rooted in movement, strength, and precision—helping clients not just feel better, but move better.

As an athlete himself, Jose understands the demands of an active lifestyle. He regularly trains in strength, soccer, tennis, MMA, and endurance events, including half marathons. This firsthand experience fuels his performance-driven philosophy, with a focus on proper mechanics, progressive loading, and return-to-sport training.

Jose integrates hands-on treatment techniques such as deep tissue work, cupping, and RockTape, while emphasizing recovery strategies that support long-term performance and durability.

He is FMT certified, currently pursuing his CSCS, and is committed to ongoing clinical education to continue elevating his skillset. Jose also plans to pursue his Doctorate in Physical Therapy, with a focus on serving the athletic population.
