Doctor of Physical Therapy
Ramon’s journey in physical therapy began nine years ago as an intern and trainer at Fit Club, where he was mentored by Dr. Scantlebury. Under his guidance, Ramon discovered the vast potential of physical therapy and sports performance, igniting his passion for becoming a well-rounded and highly skilled practitioner.
Before entering physical therapy school, Ramon gained invaluable experience that shaped his expertise and training philosophy. He earned a Master of Arts in Motor Learning from Teachers College at Columbia University, deepening his understanding of movement science. Additionally, his work as a volleyball coach and strength and conditioning coach allowed him to train athletes at all levels, from youth to professionals.
In 2024, he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Touro University. A former Division III collegiate athlete, Ramon remains active year-round, playing indoor and outdoor volleyball and pursuing powerlifting. His dedication to movement, performance, and rehabilitation continues to drive his approach to patient care.
