You receive individualized personal training programs based on your fitness goals and varying needs of your lifestyle. Because your workout routine will be doctor-approved, you can be confident that your training sessions will help you reach your goals.
We offer both personal training packages and a personal training membership. Packages afford you flexibility with scheduling your training sessions.
All Packages have a 6 month expiration from the date of purchase.The memberships come with unlimited access to our facilities even when you are not personal training. If you are looking to work on some of the exercises and drills outside of your personal training sessions, enjoy access to our state of the art facility to keep up with your gains independently.
