Personal Training 2.0 for $285.00 Includes:

  • Three 60-minute personal training sessions
  • Sports specific strength & conditioning
  • High-intensity interval training

    Balance & stability work

Individual personal training assessments at our studio start at $150. Packages are available following your initial consultation.

  • 10 pack 1-hour training – $1050 ($105/session)
  • 20 pack 1-hour training – $2000 ($100/session)
